We employ a threefold approach to evaluate candidates' character and workplace behaviours. This includes Personality Profiling to assess baseline characteristics, Performance Prediction Modelling to gauge workplace traits indicative of job success, and Fluid Intelligence testing to measure a candidate’s ability to quickly absorb and process new information.
By analysing data from these tools, and interpreting them with our own, competency-based interviews, we generate a comprehensive profile of each potential hire.
We orchestrate the client interview process, providing thorough briefings to candidates and facilitating feedback to ensure alignment of expectations. Upon selection of the preferred candidate, we negotiate any pertinent issues surrounding remuneration and terms of employment. Furthermore, we maintain close communication with the candidate from contract agreement to commencement of employment.
